Dr. Jeb Wallace serves as Assistant Professor of Horn at Wichita State University and Principal horn with the Wichita Symphony Orchestra. He is also a member of the Wichita Brass Quintet and Lieurance Woodwind Quintet. Wallace has performed with many professional orchestras including the American Symphony, North Carolina Symphony, Utah Symphony, Colorado Symphony, Richmond Symphony, New Haven Symphony, Boise Philharmonic, Louisiana Philharmonic, Dallas Wind Symphony, and many others. He has appeared as a soloist , lecturer, and adjudicator at numerous symposiums of the International Horn Society, and hosted the Mid-South Horn Workshop at WSU in 2018. He is a frequent performer for Broadway musicals, having served as Principal Horn with Music Theatre Wichita since 2016. He has also performed on national tours for shows such as Wicked, A Christmas Carol, and with Josh Groban. In addition, he has extensive experience as a studio musician and has recorded for ESPN, HBO, numerous video game soundtracks, and for the 2007 album Boxer by indie rock band, The National.

Dr. Wallace is an accomplished teacher and regularly presents recitals and   masterclasses throughout the U.S. and abroad. These engagements have included the University of North Texas, Ithaca College, Yale School of Music, Arizona State, UC at Santa Barbara, Oklahoma State, the Swedish National Orchestral Academy, Interlochen Arts Academy, Mount Royal Conservatory (CA), University of Colorado at Boulder, Bucknell, University of Dayton, and many others. Several of his students have won professional orchestra positions, and have attended notable festivals such as Aspen, National Repertory Orchestra, Domaine Forget, and the SF Bay Brass Institute. He previously served as horn professor at Utah Valley University, James Madison University, Susquehanna University, and Dickinson College. Wallace received his education at Stony Brook University (DMA), the Yale School of Music (AD), the Cleveland Institute of Music (MM), and Southern Methodist University (BM). His primary teachers were William Purvis (Yale, Juilliard Faculty), Eli Epstein (Cleveland Orchestra), and Gregory Hustis (Principal, Dallas Symphony).
