The B.I.A. Brass Ambassadors Program
The Brass Institutes of America have maintained their mission in providing a world-class brass festival at a low cost for over 5 years now. As we continue to bring in these phenomenal artists and faculty, funding becomes more and more difficult to come by without having to raise the tuition rates for the students. We want to provide this type of musical instruction and make it as cost-effective as possible, but we can't do that without YOUR help!
The Brass Ambassadors are a group of people that help sponsor certain aspects of the festival. Whether that be donating funding to help house our faculty, assisting the costs of one of the participant's tuition, providing meals, we are always looking for new and effective ways for members of the community to be part of the festival. If you think you might be able to assist us in helping maintain this festival as one of the up-and-coming brass camps in the country, please reach out!
As part of the Brass Ambassadors program, you will be invited to participate in events behind the scenes of the festival. Here are just a few of the perks!
- Your name in the 2022 Brass Institutes of America Program, with an added description of your financial involvement in the festival
- Your name on www.brass-usa.com for the 2022 Calendar year, as well as the description of your financial involvement in the festival
- Free 2022 BIA T-Shirt of your choice, Recording of the Faculty Concert, and a signed poster
We have budgeted amounts based on previous years' festivals and we could use your help! Below are some of the Ambassador opportunities we have come up with; let us know if you think there is another way you or one of your colleagues can help!
Housing for Artists
Each Guest Artist is budgeted for two nights of a hotel stay at the Hyatt Downtown
Help sponsor one of our incredible guest artists that are coming in all over the country to help educate the young brass musicians of the future!
All of our faculty members, both seasoned veterans and rookies, are appreciative of all the Fredericksburg community does for the festival. If there is a particular faculty member that you felt like has done a lot for FredBrass, we'd love to partner with you to help sponsor their residency at FredBrass2020.
